If you discover your child has headlice please treat and comb the hair out before your appointment. If your child has been treated, you can come in for your appointment.

A member of staff will check the hair before starting the haircut. If head lice are discovered before the haircut the appointment will not be fulfilled and you will be charged for our time. 

​

If headlice are discovered furing the haircut your stylist will make a decision on whether they will continue. If your stylist has decided not to continue with the haircut due to hygienic reasons then we will be discreet and rescheduled your appointment as soon as your child has been treated.

Area and tolls will be disinfected and new tools will be used if head lice are found.
